Privacy Policy

The short version

• Your quiz answers stay in your browser. We score the quiz on your device. Your answers aren't sent to us, and we can't see them. While you take the quiz, answers are kept in your browser's session storage on that device and disappear when you close the tab.
• Email is optional. If you sign up, we collect only your email address, to send the checklist and our weekly scam email. You can unsubscribe in one click. TODO: signup not wired yet (MailerLite planned).
• We don't sell your information. TODO: confirm as policy commitment
• We use privacy-friendly analytics that don't use cookies, to count visits and see which pages help people.

Who we are

Apex 42 Holdings LLC, doing business as No Scam Left Behind. 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801. TODO: confirm mail handling at this address and whether a DBA filing is needed.

What we collect

Information you give us: your email address if you sign up, and anything you send us by email.

Collected automatically: basic, cookie-free analytics and server/security logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) processed by Cloudflare, our host.

What we don't collect: quiz answers, scores, names, phone numbers of people you share with, or payment information.

How we use it

To send the emails you asked for; to run, secure, and improve the site; to prevent spam and abuse; and to follow the law.

Who we share it with

Service providers only: Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, security, email routing) and our email provider. We may disclose information to respond to legal requests, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We don't sell your information or share it for targeted advertising.

Sharing your result

The "send this quiz to someone" option uses your own device's share sheet, text app, or clipboard. We never receive the recipient's details. Shares never include your answers.

Cookies

This site doesn't set cookies. Analytics are cookie-free. Sites you visit through our links may set their own cookies.

Email and CAN-SPAM

Every marketing email will include an unsubscribe link and our postal address. We honor opt-outs promptly and never sell or transfer unsubscribed addresses.

Children

No Scam Left Behind is made for adults and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you think a child under 13 has given us their email address, contact us and we'll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including hardware-key 2FA on admin accounts. No system is perfectly secure.
